When I was on the path of self-evolution, I met Buddhist monks in Thailand who taught me so much about universal love, compassion, empathy and true lasting happiness.
I asked one of the monks why they were so kind. He told me that it is a part of our nature that we can nurture.
The longer I stayed and the more I followed their practices, the more impressed I became with their loving kindness meditation. Almost immediately, grudges and resentments I didn’t even realize I was still holding onto were released from my mind and my body. Overwhelming love and positivity swept over me.
