The free introductory talks are held every Sunday at 1:30pm to 2:30pm, Wednesday at 12:30pm to 1:30pm, and Thursday at 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
The 1-on-1 sessions are held on Sunday at your convenience and the classes are held on Monday through Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm.
