Path to Peace with Todd Perelmuter Newsletter
If you’re living and breathing, someone at some point in your life will inevitably say or do something mean, hurtful and cruel.
Every single one of us has been hurt in some way, and every one of us has probably accidentally said a hurtful word or two as well. It’s human nature. Unless we live in a completely toxic-free society, we’re going to be hurt, and we’re going to subconsciously and unintentionally pass that hurt on to others.
People’s actions are a reflection of what they’re carrying inside. But knowing that doesn’t always make the sting go away.
And if our own mind is already restless or weighed down, hurtful words cut even deeper. That’s why I write the Path to Peace weekly newsletter. We all carry storms inside. Sometimes we just need a little light to rediscover the stillness of who we truly are.
